CMA CGM Group is seeking an Insurance Intern in the Corporate Legal team for a 6-month period in Marseille. This hands-on role spans corporate matters, governance and international projects under the Group Legal Department. The ideal candidate is rigorous, curious and available from January 2027.

You will support counsels across diverse activities such as capital changes, M&A, and regulatory research, while helping to digitize the department with AI tools and improve contract governance.

Competenze

• Master 2 / Bac+5 in Business Law, ideally Corporate Law or related field.
• Preparation for CRFPA or trainee lawyer status may be ongoing.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; additional language a plus.

Mansioni

• Support legal counsels on corporate matters from day-to-day to complex transactions.
• Assist with governance, board meetings and associated minutes.
• Contribute to external growth, financing and internal reorganizations.
• Conduct legal research and maintain the group’s legal database.
