Sephora, a leading beauty retailer within the LVMH Group, is seeking an INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSEL on a fixed-term basis to support corporate law matters in France and abroad. You will work with in-house and external counsel, focusing on governance, transactions and contract management.

Based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, you will partner with Finance, Strategy, and senior management, delivering legal feasibility studies and supporting international development projects while ensuring

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Corporate Law or related field.
• Experience of 3+ years in corporate law, ideally in an international group or leading law firm.
• Fluent in English; legal English essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide corporate law advice for France and international subsidiaries.
• Coordinate board and shareholders’ meetings and corporate documentation.
• Draft and monitor intercompany agreements and corporate transactions.
• Oversee group entities, including fiduciary and ownership declarations.
