Job summary

The Lacoste Group is seeking a strategic finance partner to link market demand, buying decisions, sourcing execution and financial performance across the end-to-end product flow. You will provide senior stakeholders with clear insights, challenges and actionable recommendations to improve decisions on stock, margins and profitability.

You will lead global volumes governance, oversee stock valuation, support planning cycles, and collaborate with Merchandising Buying & Planning, Global Supply

• Experience partnering with merchandising, sourcing and operations to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen financial visibility and control over stock levels, valuation, depreciation, margin and related risks.
• Lead and challenge the global purchasing volume process to align with demand and financial targets.
• Monitor and analyze sourcing and P&L performance, including margin evolution and FX impacts.
• Partner with Merchandising Buying & Planning and Global Supply Chain to translate decisions into financial impacts.
• Support monthly closing, forecasts, budget and strategic planning with robust analysis.
• Improve governance, transparency and cross-functional alignment across Markets, Sourcing and Group Finance.
• Manage 1 controller & 1 intern.

Stock &Inventory Performance

Strengthen financial visibility andcontrol over stock levels, valuation, depreciation, margin in stock andrelated risks, ensuring clear insights, early warning signals and actionablerecommendations for decision-making.

Global VolumesGovernance

Lead and challenge the globalpurchasing volume process, ensuring consistency between market demand, buyingplans, sourcing assumptions, stock ambition and financial targets.

Sourcing P&LPerformance

Monitorand analyze sourcing and industrial P&L performance, including marginevolution, cost drivers, FX impacts, forecasts, risks and opportunities, witha clear view of impacts on gross margin and profitability.

MBP & Global Supply chain Financial Partnership

Act as a key finance partner toMerchandising Buying & Planning & Global Supply chain, translatingbuying decisions and product flow assumptions into financial impacts.

Planning &Closing Excellence

Support monthly closing, forecasts,budget and strategic planning cycles with reliable analysis, robust controlsand clear executive recommendations.

Governance &Decision Support

Improve transparency, accountabilityand cross-functional alignment between Markets, Sourcing, Operations, MBP, GlobalSupply chain, Global Pricing and Group Finance.
