IFF is seeking a results-oriented contracts and supply management professional to oversee Product Supply Agreements and Product Manufacture Agreements with IFF legal entities. You will partner across Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful execution of contractual obligations.

This role can be based in multiple locations with a hybrid working arrangement, including Dangé-Saint-Romain, France, and other European sites.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing operations, contract administration, or a comparable role.
  • Strong working knowledge of contract administration, negotiation principles, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Ability to interpret complex contractual language and explain requirements clearly to stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, detailed records, notice periods, deliverables, and related requirements with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written, verbal, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the supply agreements and operating service contracts.
  • Administer and monitor contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with terms, service levels, supply requirements, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain a repository of contract documents, correspondence, and amendments for easy access and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, while identifying and mitigating potential risks in partnership with Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate communication and ensure questions are routed to the right stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics, including quality, delivery, volume, service levels, and financial performance, and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.
  • Facilitate contract amendments, revisions, and renegotiations as business needs evolve, ensuring updates are documented and communicated.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract requirements, compliance expectations, and best practices.

Job Summary

Are you a results-oriented contract and supply management professional who enjoys navigating complex stakeholder environments and ensuring strategic manufacturing partnerships operate effectively? IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and Health & Biosciences, delivering sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products. Our Health & Biosciences team channels a passion for nature and bioscience into sustainable, life-enhancing technologies that power innovative solutions across healthcare, food, consumer, and industrial markets. The position is to oversee and manage the related Product Supply Agreements and Product Manufacture Agreements with associated IFF legal entities. This individual will be a key business partner in this pivotal role between the two parties. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, maintain strong working relationships, and manage the contractual obligations of both parties to ensure the successful execution of these contractual arrangements.

This role can be based either in Brugge, Belgium/ Leiden, Netherlands/ Niebüll, Germany/ Dangé-Saint-Romain, France/ Lyngby, Denmark OR Hanko, Naantali, Finland in a hybrid working arrangement.

  • Facilitate contract amendments, revisions, and renegotiations as business needs evolve, ensuring all updates are properly documented and communicated.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract requirements, compliance expectations, and best practices to facilitate effective contract execution and governance.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, manufacturing, supply chain, a technical discipline, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing operations, contract administration, or a comparable role.
  • Strong working knowledge of contract administration, negotiation principles, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Ability to interpret complex contractual language and explain requirements clearly and concisely to stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, detailed records, notice periods, deliverables, and related requirements with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written, verbal, relationship-building, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate credibly with senior stakeholders and external counterparts.
  • Strong business-partnering, negotiation, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to influence outcomes while fostering alignment across stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions, sites, regions, and legal entities while maintaining productive relationships between organizations.
  • Willingness to travel as required during the initial stages of the role to engage with key stakeholders and gain familiarity with sites within scope.
How Would You Stand Out?
  • Experience managing supply agreements or third-party manufacturing relationships in a divestiture, transition, or corporate restructuring environment.
  • Familiarity with legacy International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) Food Ingredients and H&B businesses, products, sites, and manufacturing assets.
  • Experience working in manufacturing and using contract management software or related digital tools.
