Job summary

Graitec is seeking a Content Marketing & Communication Intern to support the Corporate Marketing team in producing customer-centric content. You will work on customer stories, social media posts, and brand assets for an international B2B software company, reporting to the Senior Communication Manager.

You will interview customers in English and French, draft compelling narratives, and help ensure consistency with the new brand guidelines across channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills and strong editorial judgement.
• Ability to listen, ask the right questions and turn technical information into engaging content.
• Comfortable interacting with customers (training provided on interviews).
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Content creation and storytelling: build a scalable library of customer success stories and lead interviews in English and French.
• Social media and community management: draft posts for LinkedIn and YouTube, monitor trends and report KPIs.
• Brand assets and visual support: adapt presentations and create marketing assets per brand guidelines.
• Internal communication: write and edit articles for internal newsletter and update stakeholders.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals across international teams.
