Job summary

Accor in Issy-les-Moulineaux invites applications for a Consolidator in the Group Finance Department. You will lead consolidation for a defined scope, coordinate data from subsidiaries, and ensure IFRS-compliant, reliable reporting across the organization.

You will analyze financial data, suggest improvements, train interns, and collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A and Investments. A hybrid work setup and international exposure complement the role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (business school, engineering school or university equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an audit firm (consolidation audit) or consolidation advisory in a listed group.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation and IFRS.
• Experience with a consolidation tool, ideally OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and coordinate the consolidated reporting of a scope, centralize and review financial information from subsidiaries, ensure reliability of reporting and compliance with group standards.
• Analyze financial data, identify improvement opportunities, and support subsidiaries’ operational challenges with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A and Investments.
• Strengthen internal processes and tools for consolidation quality and shorter timelines; contribute to chart of accounts and controls.
