Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science / Food Industry)
• Fluent in English
• Experience in clinical trials and managing change in complex projects
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in evolving environments
• Innovation, R&D, and cross-functional collaboration with Markets/Marketing
• External partnership management experience

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. Manager in global plans for clinical studies and execution
• Manage processes and drive continuous improvement of ways of working
• Understand product performance and opportunities from improved communication/claims
• Take ownership of aligned clinical trial plans in markets; drive execution and reporting
• Execute clinical studies in regions; collaborate with local resources
• Validate protocols and oversee studies; ensure compliance with requirements
• Review and analyze trial data for statistical relevance
• Communicate and document results; build a data-base for future use
• Create and improve capabilities for clinical studies
• Identify opportunities for tools and systems to enhance capacity and speed
