Royal Canin, a Mars company, is seeking a Clinical Trials Officer to join the R&D team in Aimargues, near Montpellier. You will support global post-launch clinical studies and lead external trial partnerships to strengthen product claims and evidence for RC's Health through Nutrition strategy.

You will collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Clinical Studies and PLM to align global plans, manage multi-stakeholder projects, and drive data-driven decision making across markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science/Industry).
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in clinical trials and complex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in changing environments.
• Experience with external partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Support the Clinical Studies and PLM Sr. Manager in global clinical study plans and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement of ways of working and processes.
• Understand product performance and business opportunities from improved communication/claims; define success for clinical studies.
• Own aligned plans for clinical trials across markets; drive execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Execute clinical studies in regions/markets with local/regional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance, validate data, and document results; build a data repository for future use.
• Identify opportunities for tools, systems, and methodologies to enhance capacity, quality, or speed.
