Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience with global or multi-regional trials.
• Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH studies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage study delivery (timelines, budgets, quality, risks).
• Ability to build sponsor relationships and manage senior stakeholders globally.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Passion for advancing clinical research and patient outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of complex global and multi-regional clinical studies from start-up to close-out.
• Serve as primary strategic partner for sponsors, providing leadership and innovative solutions.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams across regions and ensure performance.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, quality, risks and regulatory compliance to ensure study success.
• Drive proactive risk management and stakeholder alignment throughout the study lifecycle.
