Jobtailor seeks an experienced Clinical Project Manager to oversee international Phase I–IV trials and real-world evidence projects. You will lead cross-functional teams across CRAs, CTMs, and country project managers, coordinating with CROs and global Medical Affairs, Data Management, and Biostatistics teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in clinical project management, strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, and excellent organizational and communication skills to operate in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical project management
• Experience managing international, multi-country studies
• Fluent English required for leading meetings and documentation
• GCP knowledge and regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Operationally manage international Phase I–IV clinical trials
• Manage real-world evidence projects from set-up through closeout
• Lead local and central teams including CRAs, CTMs, and country PMs
• Manage international CROs
• Coordinate with global Medical Affairs, Data Management, and Biostatistics teams
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, FDA/EMA requirements
• Manage study timelines and budgets
• Monitor performance and quality indicators
• Collaborate with clients in pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
