Job summary

Excelya is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to support the operational management of an international pediatric oncology trial. The role offers collaboration across global teams and direct interaction with study stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The candidate will oversee timelines, budgets, and quality objectives, coordinate CROs and vendors, and maintain adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
Significant experience managing clinical projects in clinical research.
Strong knowledge of international clinical trials and ICH-GCP guidelines.
Experience managing CROs, vendors, budgets, and study timelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the operational conduct of international clinical studies.
Oversee study timelines, milestones, budget, and quality objectives.
Manage relationships with investigational sites, CROs, vendors, and study stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and study procedures.
Monitor study progress, patient recruitment, and site performance.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful study delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project governance meetings.
Contribute to study reporting, inspection readiness, and continuous process improvement.
