Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a Senior Global Brand Manager for FELIWAY to lead its Companion Animal OTC marketing globally from France. You will shape brand strategy, oversee a robust innovation agenda, and drive growth across international markets with a world-class FMCG mindset.

The role reports to the Companion Animal OTC Marketing Director and requires 8–10+ years in strategic marketing and fluent English, with a track record in international, matrix organizations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in strategic marketing and international brand management.
• Strong background in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Pet Health or leading brands.
• Fluent English and experience in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead FELIWAY's long-term growth and brand strategy.
• Strengthen and modernize the global brand platform and equity.
• Drive growth opportunities and global campaigns across markets.
• Lead the innovation pipeline and convert insights into launches.
• Collaborate with R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and affiliates worldwide.
• Develop omnichannel marketing plans and ensure brand consistency.
