Pierre Fabre Laboratories in France seeks a BPE Demand Expert to join the Center of Excellence within Global Planning. The role focuses on transforming demand planning through end-to-end process optimization, governance, and data-driven decision support across international networks.

You will drive capability building, design upskilling journeys, and deliver training in French and English while advancing AI/ML use cases and analytics maturity across the planning function.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years in BPE, Demand Planning or Supply Chain in international environments.
• Lean / Six Sigma proficiency and BPMN process modeling expertise.
• Hands-on AI/ML applied to planning and data tools (Power BI, SQL, Python).
• Fluent English and strong leadership with excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Co-build Demand Management processes end-to-end across the org.
• Lead Lean initiatives (VSM, Kaizen) to improve operations.
• Define and deploy global standards and KPIs with audits.
• Facilitate CoE governance and knowledge capitalization.
• Define Demand Planner skills framework and upskilling journeys.
• Deliver training in-person and remote for local teams in French and English.
• Develop data flows, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and analytics roadmaps.
• Frame requirements for advanced planning tool projects and AI/ML use cases.
• Scale AI/ML use cases: demand sensing, forecasting, inventory optimization.
• Champion data culture and continuous improvement across Global Planning.
