Pierre Fabre Laboratories is seeking a BPE Demand Expert to join the Center of Excellence within Global Planning. This role supports the supply chain transformation by defining end-to-end demand management, building capabilities, and driving data-driven planning.

You will lead Lean initiatives, design training journeys, and shape global standards, KPI frameworks and dashboards; fluency in English is required and French capability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data or equivalent.
• 10+ years in BPE, Demand Planning or Supply Chain in an international environment.
• Lean / Six Sigma proficiency and BPMN process modeling expertise.
• Functional expertise on APS tools Kinaxis, Futurmaster.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML applied to planning; proficiency in data tools Power BI, SQL, Python.

Responsabilités

• Co-build end-to-end demand management processes and define maturity KPIs across the organization.
• Lead Lean initiatives (VSM, Kaizen, waste elimination) to maximize operational performance.
• Define and deploy global standards, process frameworks and governance for the CoE.
• Design upskilling journeys and deliver training in-person and remotely in French and English.
• Define planning data flows and analytics dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to support decision-making.
• Identify and scale AI/ML use cases for demand sensing, forecasting and inventory optimization.
