Une entreprise de conseil en Nouvelle-Aquitaine recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de paie pour gérer l'ensemble du processus de paie. Vous serez en charge des relations avec les clients et devrez avoir une expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans ce domaine. Un bon niveau en droit du travail et des techniques de paie est requis. Le poste offre un environnement flexible et des avantages motivants.

Qualifications

Description du poste En collaboration with the team and under the supervision of a Payroll Team Manager, your mission, as a Senior Payroll Manager F/H, is to:
- Take charge of the entire payroll process, from collecting variable elements to making social declarations and handling related administrative social management, from employee onboarding to exit;
- Manage relationships with external bodies (prévoyance, URSSAF);
- Be the prime interlocutor for your clients, advising and supporting them on daily issues as well as accounting collaborators and colleagues from other departments;
- Consider client requests and needs, prioritize them, and support them within the framework of social authority checks;
- Progress in skills and evolve on high value‑added consulting missions.

Qualifications You hold a Bac+2/3 diploma (payroll/accounting), know the basics of labor law and master payroll techniques. Mastery of Silae software is a plus. You have 2 to 5 years of payroll experience. Your accuracy, personal commitment to quality of services for clients, and interpersonal skills will help you succeed. You organize your activities to meet deadlines and due dates. You enjoy teamwork and offering help within a group.
