We are currently seeking an M&A Project Integration Manager located in Houston, Texas or Fort Worth, Texas. The M&A Project Integration Manager is responsible for leading the post-acquisition integration efforts by developing and executing integration plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Key duties include creating project timelines, identifying and resolving roadblocks, tracking progress against milestones, and communicating with stakeholders.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop detailed integration plans with clear timelines, critical paths, and milestones. Plan and lead integration team meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage activities across various workstreams (e.g., EHS, Product, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, Operations etc.) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Identify potential risks, development mitigation plans, and elevate issues to ensure the integration plan stays on schedule.
  • Track progress against the integration plan, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and make adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and document process flows for current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes.
  • Lead communication efforts, prepare weekly updates and status reports, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
  • Document integration lessons learned and refine the integration playbook to drive efficiencies and adopt best practices.
Degree Requirement:
  • Degree or equivalent experience desired.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.

What You Will Have:

Resource Management: Knowledge of the resources required to achieve business objectives; ability to plan, mobilize and distribute resources to fulfill business objectives and plans.

Conflict Management: Knowledge of managing conflicts; ability to anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group, or situation level.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

  • This position is located onsite in Houston, Texas or Fort Worth, Texas.
  • Relocation is available for this position.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary Pay Range:

$126,000.00 - $189,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
