PVH Corp. seeks a General Manager for La Vallée to lead store operations, drive sales and service excellence, and uphold PVH standards across all functions. The role requires strong leadership, P&L ownership, and a passion for connecting with consumers in a lifestyle brand environment.

You will recruit and develop managers, optimize staffing, and partner with Marketing for growth. English fluency and a minimum of 3 years in multisite leadership are essential.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a senior/multisite management role.
• English fluency is mandatory.
• Previous experience in connecting to consumers within lifestyle brand environment is ideal.

Responsabilités

• Sales Generation: Exceed sales goals and KPI targets, analyze sales reports, set business strategies, track and communicate results, seek new ways to increase business and collaborate with Marketing to identify opportunities.
• Customer Service: Ensure top-tier customer service, monitor market trends, drive customer insights, maximize services like TommyXYou and Peoples Place, resolve customer queries promptly, manage events with Marketing/PR.
• Operations: Conduct weekly store audits, drive engagement, control profits and losses, manage stock via RFID, oversee shipping/receiving and LP audits, ensure policy adherence.
• Merchandising/Visual: Implement directives, maintain brand standards, coordinate with logistics for appropriate assortment, ensure displays reflect current visual direction.
• People: Recruit/train develop store teams, set objectives, address HR issues, review management structure for improved staffing.
