MARS is undertaking the EOS transformation for European Key Accounts, and the General Accountant will maintain accurate financial records, ensure Mars GAAP compliance, and support period-end closing alongside ICTC, with responsibility for AP activities and vendor reconciliations.

You will work with a small team of 37 associates, backfilling day-to-day running of the unit, handle journal entries, reconciliations, and cross-functional finance projects, using Navision ERP and ensuring internal

Qualifications

• Maintains accurate and complete financial records in line with Mars GAAP.
• Supports period-end closing and internal control governance.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and vendor reconciliations, with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Contribute to period-end and year-end closing activities and closing schedules.
• Manage Accounts Payable processing, posting invoices, and ensuring timely payments.
