Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a Gas & Chemical Technician in Fremont, CA to support gas and chemical equipment, perform cylinder and drum changes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

You will work with over 500 pieces of equipment from various vendors, participate in safety and training initiatives, and contribute to a zero-incident culture in a growing high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience as a maintenance or equipment technician.
• Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment.
• Ability to operate respirators and PPE and work safely with chemicals.
• Military mechanic training or Navy Nuclear power school is a plus.

• Support the technical demands of site gas and chemical equipment, ensuring optimal operation and safety.
• Perform cylinder and drum changes on chemical and gas systems, troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with operational, maintenance, safety, and quality procedures.
• Support over 500 pieces of distribution equipment from various vendors, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Participate in safety processes, preventative maintenance, and technical training to foster a zero-incident culture.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a maintenance or equipment technician.
• Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment is .
• Military mechanic training or Navy Nuclear power school experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate respirators and work with chemicals safely, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
