🎮 We’re looking for our first hire! An Investment Director passionate about gaming with solid early-stage investment experience.

PixCapital is a specialized VC fund focused on the gaming industry. From our Parisian headquarters, we invest globally, backing ambitious founders across the entire gaming value chain—from awe-inspiring content and IP to innovative tech tools, platforms, and thriving ecosystems. As we scale our impact, we’re on the hunt for a sharp Investment Director who lives and breathes gaming to join our team and help us shape the future of play.

What you’ll do:
– Identify, analyze, and select high-potential investment opportunities in innovative gaming startups.
– Perform rigorous due diligence, including market analysis, financial modeling, and founder assessments.
– Negotiate investment terms and lead deal structuring.
– Actively support portfolio companies with growth strategies, secondary fundraising, and governance, among others.
– Represent PixCapital at industry events—whether it’s on stage at conferences or over drinks at meetups.

Who you are:
– 5 to 8 years experience in venture capital, private equity, strategy consulting, or within a tech company (ideally in gaming or creative industries).
– Strong track record in early-stage investments from entry to exit (this is essential – please refrain from applying without).
– Solid understanding of video game business models and ecosystem dynamics.
– Excellent analytical skills and ability to cut through complexity and spot the big opportunities.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Bilingual in English, both spoken and written. French a plus.
