Job summary

Level Infinite, Tencent’s global gaming brand, offers an entry-level internship in Business Development and Influencer Partnerships. You will help identify partners, prepare proposals, and coordinate influencer campaigns across time zones.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, with a passion for gaming, social media, and digital culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field.
• Strong interest in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing, or the gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research potential partners, brands, agencies, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities in gaming, esports, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing partnerships and campaigns.
• Maintain internal documentation, reports, and partnership trackers.
• Sourcing influencers and managing relationships with talent agencies.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Support post‑campaign analysis and performance tracking.
