Game Designer

We are an innovative iGaming studio focused on creating engaging, fun, and rewarding experiences for players worldwide. By blending creativity with cutting-edge technology, we design and deliver casino-style games that stand out in a competitive market. We’re now looking for a talented Game Designer to join our growing team and help shape the next wave of exciting titles.

Role Overview

As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and balancing our iGaming products. You’ll work closely with developers, artists, and product managers to ensure our games are not only visually appealing but also highly entertaining, mathematically balanced, and engaging for players. This is a key role for someone passionate about creating memorable gameplay experiences that combine innovation with the thrill of real-money gaming.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design new game ideas, features, and mechanics for iGaming products.
• Create and maintain detailed game design documents (GDDs), wireframes, and feature specifications.
• Collaborate with artists and developers to ensure game vision is achieved.
• Balance gameplay systems, rewards, and progression to optimize player engagement and retention.
• Research industry trends, player behavior, and competitor products to inform design decisions.
• Participate in play testing and provide actionable feedback to improve game quality.
• Work with product and marketing teams to align game designs with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Game Designer, preferably in iGaming or mobile / casino-style games.
• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics, user experience, and player psychology.
• Ability to write clear and detailed documentation.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to balance math-driven game economies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for games and an understanding of the iGaming market.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Unity or other game engines.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, or Unity prototyping).
• Data-driven design experience, with an understanding of KPIs such as retention and monetization.
