Roly Recruitment is seeking an analyst/senior analyst for a key role within the Global markets arm of an international banking group in Paris. The candidate will be responsible for trade pricing and execution across FX and Rates derivative assets while working closely with diverse corporate clients.

Successful applicants will have 2-5 years of experience in foreign exchange sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. This position provides exposure to European sales teams and exciting market dynamics.

Exciting new analyst/ senior analyst level sales opportunity within the Global markets arm of this international banking group.

The successful candidate will play a key role in trade pricing and execution across FX and Rates derivative assets for a diversified corporate client pool. You will also work closely with counterparts within commodity sales teams to help leverage EU wide commercial opportunities. This role will involve regular interaction with other European sales teams, including London, Amsterdam, Madrid and Milan on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with corporate clients across the industrial, natural resources, manufacturing, energy and renewables sectors to help build and maintain strong relationships
• Deliver leading market insights and tailored hedging solutions.
• Contributing to deal structuring across credit and legal frameworks.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across corporate finance and wider teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Reporting into senior members of the trading desk, you help influence decision‑making while adapting to evolving market conditions and priorities.

Skills Required

• 2-5 years experience in foreign exchange and rates sales and trading within a markets environment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform pricing decisions
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and build trusted client relationships
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Familiarity with FX and Rates pricing and benchmark software
