JLL is seeking an Intern Building Consultant in Paris to join our Building Consultancy team. You will work with internal departments to provide holistic, commercial advice to clients, integrating market knowledge and technical understanding.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client service and the ability to contribute across project stages. Candidates should be bilingual (English & French) and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and numerical skills; comfortable with report writing.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Flexible; able to work under pressure.
• Well presented with excellent communication skills.
• Experience of AutoCAD an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Clean and valid driving license.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsabilités

• With Senior Building Consultants, your missions are:
• Undertaking Building Consultant’s inspections and preparing reports
• Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations/preparing exit strategies
• Undertaking building reinstatement cost assessments
• Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required
• Making sustainable business links with both external and internal clients and offering a professional and excellent client service at all times
• Some travel will be required in this role
