JLL is seeking an Intern Data Center Project & Cost Management in Paris. You will work with Project Managers and Cost Managers to support planning, budgeting, procurement, and project delivery within time and budget constraints.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, architects, contractors and internal teams. The ideal candidate is an Engineering/Architecture/Construction student, fluent in French and English, with strong organizational and communication skills and a team-oriented

• Fluent in French and English required.
• Engineering/Architecture/Construction degree in progress or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist project managers in planning, coordinating and overseeing data center projects.
• Support cost management activities across the project lifecycle, including feasibility, budgeting, procurement and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams and contractors to ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

What this job involves

As an Intern you will work with :

• Project Managers - Data Center who are responsible for managing complex data center projects, including infrastructure upgrades, capacity expansions. The primary duties involve planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, on-time and within budget.
• Cost Manager - Data Center who are responsible for providing full cost management services across the lifecycle of data center projects — from feasibility and budgeting through procurement, construction, and closeout. The role involves working with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining quality, schedule, and performance requirements.

• You are studying an Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent degree,
• You are interested in the Data Centers industry,
• You are fluent in French and English,
• You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, and are reliable,
• You possess strong interpersonal skills, have an excellent presentation, with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.),
• You are a team player.
