Your role

Within theFrench Fundsteam, your main missions will be:
Fund Management
- Work with Asset Management with respect tobusiness plan executionand collection of information to articulate strategy and status internally and externally to investors
- Work with the Fund Manager to help informtransaction / disposal decisionsand implementation
- Facilitate various fund projects and preparead-hoc analysesand management reports
- Assist inportfolio performance analysesrelative to investment objectives
- Support on allcompliance and risk controls(conflict of interest / related party transaction controls, etc.)
- Support duringinternal audits(documentation gathering, completeness checks, etc.)
Portfolio Management
- Work with Accounting and Asset Management to provideportfolio forecasts
- Maintainportfolio and fund level performance metrics
- Facilitate data flow with independent real estate appraisers and allow swift analysis ofquarterly asset valuations
Investor Relations, Capital Raising & Reporting
- Assist in the execution ofinvestor and Advisory Committee meetingsthrough preparation of investment materials, financial analyses and meeting logistics
- Assist with preparation ofquarterly and annual client reports, including fund and portfolio updates, individual asset summaries and market research across major property types

Your profile :
- You're pursuing abachelor ormaster’s degreein Finance or a similar field. Specialization in real estate is a plus
- You are fluent inEnglishand inFrench.Italianis a plus
- You have aprevious experiencein an audit advisory firm or in an asset management company
- You have a strong command of theOffice Suite, particularlyExcel
- You have an understanding offinancial modeling, as well asinstitutional investment in real estate
- You areproactive, and benefit fromstrong communication and analytical skills
