Generali Real Estate, groupe Generali, propose un stage de 6 mois à Paris au sein des équipes French Funds. Vous travaillerez sur les volets gestion d’actifs, reporting et analyses financières, sous tutelle d’un Manager dédié.

Vous êtes en Master/Bachelor Finance, avec une appétence pour l’immobilier et la modélisation financière; l’anglais et le français sont requis, et l’environnement international offre des échanges réguliers avec les équipes européennes.

Qualifications

• Étudiant(e) en Bachelor ou Master en Finance (ou équivalent).
• Spécialisation en immobilier appréciée.
• Maîtrise d’Excel et d’outils bureautiques.
• Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de communication.

Responsabilités

• Assister le Fonds et la Gestion d’actifs dans l’exécution du plan d’affaires et le reporting.
• Contribuer aux analyses de performance et à la due‑diligence des portefeuilles.
• Soutenir les réunions investisseurs et la préparation des rapports trimestriels et annuels.

Your role

Within theFrench Fundsteam, your main missions will be:

Fund Management

• Work with Asset Management with respect tobusiness plan executionand collection of information to articulate strategy and status internally and externally to investors
• Work with the Fund Manager to help informtransaction / disposal decisionsand implementation
• Facilitate various fund projects and preparead-hoc analysesand management reports
• Assist inportfolio performance analysesrelative to investment objectives
• Support on allcompliance and risk controls(conflict of interest / related party transaction controls, etc.)
• Support duringinternal audits(documentation gathering, completeness checks, etc.)

Portfolio Management

• Work with Accounting and Asset Management to provideportfolio forecasts
• Maintainportfolio and fund level performance metrics
• Facilitate data flow with independent real estate appraisers and allow swift analysis ofquarterly asset valuations

Investor Relations, Capital Raising & Reporting

• Assist in the execution ofinvestor and Advisory Committee meetingsthrough preparation of investment materials, financial analyses and meeting logistics
• Assist with preparation ofquarterly and annual client reports, including fund and portfolio updates, individual asset summaries and market research across major property types

Your profile :

• You're pursuing abachelor ormaster’s degreein Finance or a similar field. Specialization in real estate is a plus
• You are fluent inEnglishand inFrench.Italianis a plus
• You have aprevious experiencein an audit advisory firm or in an asset management company
• You have a strong command of theOffice Suite, particularlyExcel
• You have an understanding offinancial modeling, as well asinstitutional investment in real estate
• You areproactive, and benefit fromstrong communication and analytical skills

On the other hand, you shouldn’t apply if :

• You don’t thrive in ateam environment, as it is a key component to this experience
• You don’t want to be involved inengaging projects, with various interlocutors from different countries

Recruitment process

• A first phone exchange with a recruiter from the Eiquem team
• A second interview with a Fund Manager and an Investment Manager from Generali Real Estate’s French Funds team
• A final interview with an HR representative
