Job summary

Candriam, a global asset manager, invites applications for a Fund Analyst - External Multi Management Intern in Paris. You will support the Multi-Management team in selecting external funds, prepare investment memos, and contribute to quarterly and annual impact reporting for Fund of Funds strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Engineering or Business, are fluent in English, and have strong analytical, quantitative, and programming skills (Python, C/C++, VBA; SQL a plus).

Mission

Candriam Multi-Management team is in charge of the selection and the analysis of external funds in Alternative and Private Asset strategies. The team manages a series of Fund of Funds.

Responsabilities

The intern will be required to:

• Working on our mandatory funds Impact reporting (quarterly and annual Impact report) and related marketing materials.
• Conducting a growing number of due diligence on Private Asset and Hedge funds and monitoring existing funds- Writing detailed investment memos to be presented to investment committee and NY Life committee.
• Driving market research on Private Assets and writing white papers.

The job requires strong analytic, quantitative and financial skills, knowledge of the environment landscape and regulation changes and ability to communicate on the Economy transition and the solutions. Very good English skills.

Profile

• - University Master's degree, engineering or business school.

• - Curious, proactive and able to work independently
