Job summary

PAI Partners in Paris is seeking an Internship in Fund Administration starting January 2027. You will support the fund administration team with day-to-day activities, prepare financial information for investors, and generate reports for tax and regulatory authorities.

You will collaborate with Structuring, Compliance, ESG, Investor Relations, and Investment Group teams. Strong academics and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record.

• Previous internship in Finance (Investment Banking, Consulting or Transaction services) is a plus.
• Knowledge of VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the fund administration team in day-to-day activities.
• Prepare financial information for investors.
• Generate various reports for tax and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor the funds and the management company.
• Analyze portfolio holdings and contribute to long-term projects.
• Collaborate with other teams (Structuring, Compliance, ESG, Investor Relation, Investment Group).
