Jobtailor is seeking a solutions architect to bridge client needs with our SaaS product, designing scalable configurations and reusable blueprints for complex implementations.

You will coordinate with product, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful integration with ERP/CRM/WMS/TMS and BI tools, while documenting best practices and validating configurations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent (e.g., engineering school).
• Strong supply chain background; certifications welcome (APICS, SCOR, etc.).
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment (supply chain, logistics, ERP, TMS, OMS, WMS).
• Advanced understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems (integration, middleware, APIs, data).
• Experience in solution design, functional scoping or implementation of complex SaaS solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete, scalable solution designs (modeling workflows).
• Fluent in French and strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Configure solutions according to defined processes, including flows, rules, user profiles and metrics.
• Promote standardization and reuse of solutions across projects for scalability.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to design viable, high-performance solutions.
• Perform functional and technical testing to validate configuration behavior.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between product and client needs: understand business processes, functional requirements and technical constraints to propose the optimal solution configuration based on our existing product capabilities, and recommend an approach regarding scope positioning (project-specific).
• Participate in integrating the software with the client's existing systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS and other Business Intelligence tools.
• Design and document solution patterns: define reusable solution blueprints aligned with key use cases and customer types, including for training integrator teams.
• Support deployment and adoption: recommend the optimal implementation and integration sequence to maximize value at each stage.
• Ensure alignment with product strategy: share field feedback, identify gaps and influence product priorities based on real-world usage.
• Support project teams: clarify product boundaries, configuration options and best practices during scoping and execution phases.
• Configure the solution according to defined processes: flows, business rules, user profiles and metrics.
• Harmonize client approaches: promote standardization and reuse of solutions to ensure scalability and overall consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to design viable, high-performance solutions aligned with business value.
• Perform functional and technical testing to validate correct configuration behavior.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent (e.g., engineering school)
• Strong supply chain background; certifications welcome (APICS, SCOR, etc.)
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in supply chain, logistics or enterprise solutions (ERP, TMS, OMS, WMS, etc.)
• Advanced understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems (integration, middleware, APIs, data, etc.)
• Experience in solution design, functional scoping or implementation of complex SaaS solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete, scalable solution designs (modeling business workflows)
• Experience in Order Management is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders: product, technical, business, integrators and clients
• Analytical mindset, impact- and value-oriented
• Fluent in French and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
