CritPt is seeking researchers to tackle research-level physics problems in their subfield. You will contribute by solving, reviewing, or auditing work, with written reasoning required for every assignment.

Applicants should have a PhD in biophysics, statistical physics, applied mathematics or a closely related field and a verifiable publication record showing work on stochastic growth or reaction-network dynamics. English level should be at least B2.

Qualifications

• PhD required in biophysics, statistical physics, applied mathematics or closely related field.
• Published work on stochastic growth or reaction-network dynamics is essential.
• Verifiable publication record (3–5 representative papers).
• Working proficiency with LaTeX, Python, SymPy and Jupyter; VS Code familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work on research-level physics problems in your subfield with results that another specialist can verify.
• Produce complete written reasoning accompanying each assignment.
• Match area and assignment with the team after review of your publication record.
