A leading health service company in France seeks engineers to design innovative products that enhance workplace health services. You will work collaboratively on high-impact projects, shaping the future of occupational health. Candidates should have experience with TypeScript, Python, and a passion for creating great user experiences. Fluent English is required; no need to speak French.
You. Better. With Alan.
At Alan, we’re reimagining occupational health (”médecine du travail”) in France. Today, this system is at risk: employees see mandatory health visits as pointless bureaucracy, HR admins struggle with services that add mental load without delivering value, and occupational health practitioners lack the tools and time to focus on real prevention. Meanwhile, critical issues like work‑related mental health, musculoskeletal disorders, and burnout continue to grow.
We’re building Prévenir, a new kind of occupational health service that puts employees first.
Our mission is to make occupational health a trusted partner that people actually turn to when they have work‑related health concerns—not just a legal obligation they endure once every few years.
⛰️ Our ambition is to position the product as the leading fully integrated health partner for members and companies.
You’ll work side by side with experienced team members (Arnaud, Mickaël, Alexandre, Clémence, and more) to build the platform from 0 to 1, helping us craft the foundations of a product we expect to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work. You can learn more about it here.
We seek engineers driven to shape the future of workplace health services by building high‑standard and innovative products.
If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t check every box, we’d love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We’ll be thrilled to receive your application!
You’re applying for a specific area, but you may ultimately join a different part of our engineering organisation, depending on where we believe you’ll have the most impact.
