A leading health tech company in France is seeking a Growth Engineer to optimize their member acquisition platform. You will create user-centric experiences, work with various teams to drive marketing initiatives, and measure results through data analytics. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of engineering experience, proficiency in TypeScript and Python, and a passion for healthcare technology. Remote work flexibility is offered, but in-person collaboration is valued.
🎯 The mission & impact. You. Better. With Alan. We're the growth engine behind Alan's self-serve member acquisition. Our systems directly convert prospects into members through self-service flows and fuel our sales teams with qualified leads for enterprise deals. We're critical to Alan's growth — powering the marketing tools and content distribution systems that every Alaner uses to share Alan's story across the web. Your code directly determines how fast Alan grows. Every optimization you ship means more people get access to better healthcare. We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 950+ members, and have reached 680M+ in ARR. Our team of 700+ people (still growing) operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
You'll actively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design).
We are looking for engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about turning growth challenges and marketing complexity into simple, member-first experiences.
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves. We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems. Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration and are looking for people who want to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers turn health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
Important note: we hire people, not roles. If you\'re excited about this opportunity but don\'t check every box, we\'d love to hear from you. Everyone should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements. Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We\'ll be thrilled to receive your application!
Note: While you\'re applying for the Growth & Brand team, you may join a different engineering team based on where we think you\'ll have the most impact.
