• Support business initiatives including partnerships and campaigns.
• Build and optimize a high-traffic website for member conversion.
• Drive organic and paid traffic and maintain campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop seamless conversion experiences that let prospects become members instantly, from discovery and quote to final signup.
• Support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that strengthen the company’s market position.
• Build and optimize the high‑traffic website that serves millions of visitors and converts them into members across all markets.
• Power all acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM, and others) to drive organic and paid traffic at scale, and maintain campaign performance across multiple countries.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams (engineering, data, product management, design).

• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
