Responsibilities

• Develop seamless conversion experiences that let prospects become members instantly, from discovery and quote to final signup.
• Support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that strengthen the company’s market position.
• Build and optimize the high‑traffic website that serves millions of visitors and converts them into members across all markets.
• Power all acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM, and others) to drive organic and paid traffic at scale, and maintain campaign performance across multiple countries.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams (engineering, data, product management, design).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong passion for creating delightful products and exceptional user experiences at scale.
• Proven track record of building and shipping web applications.
• Deep interest in business metrics, conversion funnels, and growth drivers.
• Clear career progression showing increasing responsibility, scope, and impact.
• Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, growth‑oriented attitude.
• Proficient in English and able to communicate effectively with international teams.
