Fullstack Engineer - Web3

Youll join a fast-growing engineering team building SaaS and API-first products that reach a global audience. Backed by leading investors we focus on innovation security and continuous improvement.

As a Fullstack Engineer youll work closely with product infrastructure and protocol teams to deliver high-quality user-facing solutions.

What Youll Do

• Contribute to architectural discussions and help define technical strategy.
• Play an active role within the Fullstack squad taking ownership of user-facing applications.
• Design build and release new features :
• Participate in code reviews testing CI / CD processes bug fixing and ongoing code maintenance.
• Engage with customers to debug issues and gather product insights.
• Ensure security and compliance are upheld throughout the development lifecycle.
• Suggest improvements to both our platform and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to align on roadmap priorities and technical considerations.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend frontend or fullstack) building and deploying user-facing or API-driven products.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and React with production-level experience.
• Solid understanding of modern development practices (testing CI / CD DevOps security).
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment (sprints code reviews standups).
• Curiosity resourcefulness and the ability to dive deep into technical topics.
• A balance between shipping impact quickly and maintaining technical quality.
• Experience or personal projects in web3 blockchain or cryptocurrency with a good grasp of protocols staking and DeFi concepts.
• Fluent in English.

Bonus points

• Knowledge of Ethereum-compatible blockchains and smart contracts.
• Experience building decentralized apps using tools like Wagmi or Viem.
• Understanding of raw blockchain transactions.
• PHP / Laravel experience.
• Previous work in a fast-paced scaling startup.
• Based near Paris or London.
