You will mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, and help shape Alan's next-generation tech stack.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python/JavaScript and modern web tech.
• Strong object-oriented design and clean code practices.
• Experience with scalable systems and APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tackle high-impact and high-risk projects with large teams.
• Design efficient systems and engineering practices to enable collaboration.
• Mentor engineers and lead crews; contribute to hiring decisions.
• Contribute to the technical assessment process and onboarding.
