Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position in ICN’s Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour Department will have teaching experience and strong research interests in two or more of the fields of Human Resource Management, Intercultural Management, Leadership, Project Management and Change Management. Experience with the latest development in the field of digitalisation and the preparation of digital teaching materials or COILS are an asset. Candidates are expected to demonstrate their willingness to innovate in the design of courses, teaching material and teaching methods., particularly with regard to digitalisation. The candidate must be able to adapt their teaching to Bachelor, Master and executive education in French and English, on the different domestic and international campuses of the school. The candidate is expected to pursue research excellence, preferably within the context of the school’s transdisciplinary Arts-Technology & Management approach and commitment to CSR/SD.

To be appointable as Assistant Professor candidates must have a PhD, demonstrate the potential for research excellence or already have produced high-quality research output and show aptitude for strong teaching quality.
