Job summary

Rippletide SAS is hiring a product engineer to own end-to-end product areas in an AI-driven safety-focused platform. You will work closely with the Head of Engineering and founders, shaping what we build and taking ideas from customer conversations into production.

You’ll own substantial parts of the product, ship rapidly, and help define engineering practices as we grow. Equity is included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production software with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong frontend and backend capabilities; able to ship features across the stack.
• Solid API and data-model design skills; maintainable, tested code.
• Proactive, with ability to decide tradeoffs and move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end from problem to launch and iteration.
• Build and ship rapidly; implement in small, reviewable changes.
• Navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions when specs are incomplete.
• Assess requests for value; propose simpler alternatives when needed.
• Develop across the stack: interfaces, APIs, data models, integrations.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering to guide codebase and practices.
