Infinite Orbits in Toulouse is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer to join the Ground Segment Software team, building the tools used to calculate, monitor, and plan mission operations.

You'll develop backend services in Python, Go and TypeScript, craft React UIs, and deploy on Kubernetes across cloud environments, contributing to critical rendezvous and docking workflows.

This role emphasizes robust testing, API design with gRPC/REST, and close collaboration with a cross-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, Go and TypeScript.
• Frontend experience with React and Next.js.
• Strong SQL database and data modeling skills.
• Experience building APIs with gRPC and REST.
• Kubernetes and container-based deployment experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, OVH) and object storage (MinIO, S3).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and robust testing.
• Excellent cross-disciplinary communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain backend services for telemetry processing and telecommanding.
• Develop operator-facing web interfaces using React and Next.js for rendezvous control.
• Implement responsive, low-latency UIs with live data streams.
• Design and optimize data models and queries for mission data.
• Design and consume APIs over gRPC and REST to integrate components.
• Work with object/file storage (MinIO, S3) for mission data and imagery.
• Deploy, run, and troubleshoot services on Kubernetes across cloud environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Write unit, integration and system tests to ensure mission readiness.
