Full-stack engineer

LOCATION: Remote (CET ± 2 hours)

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time

We are looking for software engineers who are experienced generalists and analytical, accountable, and highly motivated problem solvers to work on various Web3 projects in an agile team. Equipped with the skills outlined below, you will quickly get involved with implementing cutting-edge Web3 technologies. The ideal candidate has a background in web development, is experienced in Laravel, has built applications before, and is capable of delivering production-ready, scalable web applications.

Requirements

• A good understanding of and hands‑on experience with Laravel (showcasing the ability to develop robust and scalable web applications using PHP)
• Demonstrable Javascript experience (practical experience working with frontend libraries such as VueJS, React, or other similar frameworks used for building interactive user interfaces)
• Proficiency in CSS
• Proficiency in MySQL
• Experience in building production‑ready applications (as an individual or as part of a larger team)
• Strong communication skills with a growth‑oriented mindset
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with OriginTrail technologies
• Experience with containerization (using Docker)
• Proficiency in application architecture design
• Proficient understanding of Web3 stack
• Experience with semantic web technologies
• Experience in enterprise software implementations
• A good understanding of and experience with distributed systems, microservice‑based architecture, CI/CD frameworks
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle, DigitalOcean)
• NodeJS & React experience

What would your day at Trace Labs be like?

As part of Trace Labs, you will have the unique opportunity to research and utilize state‑of‑the‑art technology to build, design, help implement, or communicate (depending on the team you are applying for) AI‑ready solutions daily, utilizing the power of the OriginTrail Decentralized Knowledge Graph.
