Outsourceo is seeking a Full-stack Developer in OOP/Design to join our technical team. The role operates 9 am - 5 pm in a full-time capacity, focusing on delivering robust software solutions across Dynamics CRM-based environments.

Key responsibilities include owning the roadmap, leading projects through their life cycle, and coordinating resources. Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML and CRM customization are essential, along with experience in 3rd-line support and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics CRM versions 2016 or 365.
• C#, JavaScript and HTML technical skills.
• Experience in customization and configuration of Dynamics CRM.
• Experience providing 3rd line support for Dynamics CRM.
• Stakeholder management required.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap to ensure the pipeline of change is understood to effectively plan resources.
• Supervise development projects through their life cycle including team leadership, resource management, technical coaching and research, etc.
• Lead application support and development projects using both Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Ensure that all business applications (mix of in-house / external software providers) meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Dynamics CRM versions 2016 or 365
• Technical skill set including C#. JavaScript and HTML
• Skilled in customisation and configuration of Dynamics CRM
• Experience providing 3rd line support for Dynamics CRM
• Stakeholder management.

Other Benefits
