MAASH is seeking a Quality and Food Safety Manager for its French site in Saint-Avold to develop and implement the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance. You will work with Site Management and an external consultant to continuously improve FSMS.

You will lead HACCP/TACCP/VACCP, audits, CAPA, and KPI monitoring, while training staff and supporting HSE initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Food Safety, or related field.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and ISO management systems; HACCP, TACCP, VACCP.
• Auditing and non-conformity management experience (CAPA).
• Strong risk assessment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to draft procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Fluent English (TOEIC 800+).
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and CLP/REACH regulations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and continuously improve the site's FSMS (Food Safety Management System).
• Define and monitor Quality and Food Safety objectives.
• Develop and maintain HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certification standards, including FSSC 22000.
• Prepare for and support internal and certification audits.
• Supervise laboratory activities and quality control of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
• Ensure product quality and approve product release.
• Lead non-conformity management and CAPA (corrective and preventive actions).
• Monitor Quality and Food Safety performance indicators.
• Train and raise awareness among employees on Quality and Food Safety requirements.
• Supervise Laboratory Technician activities.
• Contribute to HSE initiatives and foster a strong safety culture.
