A leading hospitality group in Issy-les-Moulineaux is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of leadership experience in a Front Office environment and is proficient in Opera PMS. This role supports your growth and learning within an international brand.

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within Front Office or a similar environment.
  • Strong background in Front Office procedures.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and Revenue Management principles.

Responsabilités

  • Lead and support the Front Office Team to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance & Other Departments for guest needs.
  • Oversee the reservations process to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Job Description
  • Leading, Coaching and Supporting the Front Office Team : foster a high-performing team culture to deliver exceptional guest service; in a high volume environment.
  • Collaborating with Housekeeping, Maintenance & Other Departments : ensure timely communication and resolution of guest needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of the reservations process, ensuring seamless guest experiences from initial inquiry to arrival.
Qualifications
  • 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within Front Office or a similar environment.
  • Possess a strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and Revenue Management principles.
