Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or equivalent in mechanical maintenance.
• Experience as Front End Mechanic or Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsabilités

• Execute routine preventative maintenance on front-end production machinery, including presses, scroll shears, and conveyors.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Perform adjustments and calibrations to machinery for optimal performance and product quality.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems related to mechanical functions.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.

Job Summary**

• Execute routine preventative maintenance on front-end production machinery, including but not limited to presses, scroll shears, and associated conveyors.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Perform adjustments and calibrations to machinery for optimal performance and product quality.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems related to mechanical functions.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
