IXO Labs is seeking contributors who can turn French recordings into faithful written data. The role involves listening, transcribing or correcting transcripts, and annotating with final quality review.

You must combine native-level French with experience in transcription or language review, and you will work remotely, following the conventions and schedules IXO specifies. Pay ranges hourly and is USD 25 to 41 per hour, with confidentiality expected.

Qualifications

• Native-level French with professional transcription, language review or annotation experience.
• Strong comprehension of spoken and written language; careful proofreading.
• Familiarity with transcription tools; attention to dialect cues and metadata.
• Ability to resolve ambiguities and report issues clearly.

Responsabilités

• Capture spoken content accurately under the assigned transcription convention.
• Compare drafts against the recording and fix missing, incorrect or inconsistent text.
• Review punctuation, formatting and language choices without changing the intended meaning.
• Flag unclear audio and unresolved ambiguities with a useful explanation.
• Apply updated guidance consistently and report recurring tool or workflow problems.
