Qualifications

• Leading complex, multimillion-pound or euro transformation programmes
• Turning technology, data and AI investment into tangible results
• Working closely with boards, investors and executive teams
• Creating value within private equity-backed businesses, or through M&A, post-acquisition integration, restructuring or turnaround
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across international organisations
• Taking initiatives from strategy through implementation
