Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Microsoft Ads B2B Customer Expert to join our international sales team in Greece. You will manage high-value B2B accounts, act as a strategic adviser, and drive revenue growth with Microsoft Advertising solutions.

Relocation to Greece is provided (flight, transfer, hotel), along with fully paid training, a competitive monthly salary, and a performance-based bonus. Fluent French and English are required, and EU passport is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or B2B customer relations
• A passion for digital advertising and a drive to excel in a performance-based sales environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with key business decision-makers
• Proficiency in English for reporting and team communication

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sales consultant, driving growth for business clients through Microsoft Advertising solutions
• Manage and optimize high-value B2B advertising accounts to ensure maximum return on investment for partners
• Identify new sales opportunities and upsell advertising features to existing French-speaking clientele
• Provide expert guidance on digital marketing trends to help clients achieve their specific business objectives
• Maintain a high volume of sales-focused outbound interactions while ensuring top-tier service standards
• Collaborate with international teams to refine sales processes and reach ambitious revenue targets
