Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Success Account Manager (B2B Sales Focus) for the French market, based in Athens with relocation support to Greece. This role targets fluent French speakers seeking a new adventure in Europe.

You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, drive growth through upselling and relationship building, and deliver strategic customer insights from our hybrid Athens office. English and French proficiency required, with Salesforce/HubSpot CRM experience valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (B2+).
• CRM know-how (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and consultative sales mindset.
