CloserHire is recruiting for a full-time on-site luxury cosmetics sales role in Paris. You will approach and engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable beauty products to drive sales. The role requires energetic customer-facing work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Expect paid training, relocation support, and uncapped commission with guaranteed minimum earnings during the first six months. Prior sales experience is not required, and great communication skills are valued.

Move to Paris and get paid properly for your French. 1500€ + comission.

What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be represent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmetics, approach and engage customers confidently, creating an exciting shopping experience, understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products, demonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectively, build strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities, work towards individual and team sales targets, and maintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standards.

You will also handle work full-time on-site in Paris, with rotating schedules within 08:00–19:00, and be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day in an energetic retail environment.

Who this suits

Getting you there

To help you make the move: paid flight to Paris and accommodation at a subsidized daily rate Notes: 5 Rue des Francs Bourgeois, 75004, and paris, France three apartments rented in Paris. They are all located around 30–40 minutes away from the shops. The rooms are shared, usually with one other person, so there are two people per room. €17 per day, which is deducted directly from the commission. There are no additional utility costs — water, internet, electricity, etc. are all included. Regarding the accommodation conditions for self-employed workers, the first month’s rent is free our client.
