Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a premium cosmetics brand to recruit Sales Consultants for its Paris team. This is an exciting entry into luxury retail with uncapped commission and full training, suitable for energetic people who want to build a career in high-end beauty.

You will represent premium cosmetics, engage customers, and drive sales on-site in Paris with rotating 08:00–19:00 shifts. French and English at B2+ are required; relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• French B2 or above
• English B2 or above
• Energetic, positive, confident, and highly motivated
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales-driven attitude or a genuine motivation to develop your sales skills
• Comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment
• Available to work full-time in Paris

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmetics
• Approach and engage customers confidently, creating an exciting shopping experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products
• Demonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectively
• Build strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standards
• Work full-time on-site in Paris, with rotating schedules within 08:00–19:00
• Be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day in an energetic retail environment
